Manufacturers and suppliers are easy to contact and deal with. You can even get training courses to teach staff to make coffee. These are called Barista training courses. You can pick up a lot more than just making coffee from a good course and even generate links with contacts in the business too. Starting a coffee business was the best thing I ever did, the rewards are huge financially as well as the great feeling of success when you have achieved something as big as starting your own business.
