Heinz Company (NYSE:HNZ) announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Foodstar, a leading manufacturer of premium branded soy sauces and fermented bean curd in China, from Transpac Industrial Holdings Ltd., a private equity holding company, and various Transpac Funds.
