Los Angeles, CA, United States (CNS) – Kiefer Sutherland is said to be mulling a life back in primetime TV after the Emmy Award-winning series “24″ with another drama series for Fox. The 24-year-old actor is in talks to star in “Heroes” creator Tim King’s “Touch” pilot.

“Touch,” according to Deadline, centers on a father who discovers that his autistic, mute son can predict events before they happen. Sutherland is offered the role of the father.

Kring wrote the planned series. Charles McDougall is in negotiation to direct.

Sutherland is currently starring in the Broadway revival of Jason Miller’s “That Championship Season,” which opened last week. He co-stars with an ensemble cast, including Jason patric, Chris Noth, and Jim Gaffigan.
