Providence Journal photo / Bob Thayer Joseph Sousa of Providence cleans off one of the 45 cars in the Federal Parking lot at Pine and Hay streets in Providence. “When it starts to snow, they come out fast, and it helps them a lot to have their cars brushed off and ready to go,” he says. Sousa constantly brushes and moves cars in the open air lot.
